About the Role
This person will detail cars that are located at client homes on Bainbridge Island and at our car wash location. You should have attention to detail and be physically able to perform the work. You must work well independently with little supervision as you will be working on your own most of the time.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Interior detailing (e.g. steaming, extraction, etc.)
- Exterior detailing (e.g. clay baring, swirl removing, waxing)
- Ceramic applications
This job offers 40 hrs/week, health care, and paid time off.
Car detailers are paid by the hour starting at $20-25/hr, depending on experience. As you expand you skillset and responsibility, raises are happily given. All tips are kept by the employees.
Covid did not affect us in any way because our crew works outside and on their own, so we were able to work through the shutdown. This is a very stable job during uncertain Covid times.

Requirements
Be passionate about producing the highest quality of work; understand the impact of enthusiastic, sincere service
Have an entrepreneurial spirit, be self-motivated, well organized and possess a high attention to detail
Have reliable transportation
Good work ethic with ability to take direction, learn, and deliver excellent results
Prior shop/detail experience is preferred but not required
About the Company
We are the premiere source for car detailing on Bainbridge Island. We operate year round, in rain or shine, and are looking for a hard-working, reliable individual to detail cars. Previous detailing or cleaning experience is preferred, but not necessary as we provide training for all new hires.
